Lei began her career with CMF in July 2006 as administrative assistant in our corporate office, and then she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager.

Lei’s first assignment (as property manager) will be the Shaw portfolio which includes 1601 Kapiolani, Newtown Business Park, and the Continental Building. Lei has been working as Rachel’s APM on those properties for the past year and a half, and she knows the tenants and operational aspects of the properties. Melissa Ibanez is being promoted to Property Manager and will be managing 240 Puuhale, Kahuhipa, 2000 South Beretania and 2657 South King Street.  Melissa has been with Colliers for nine years, working as an on-site admin and Assistant Property Manager, and most recently as an Assistant Property Manager on the Kamehameha Schools team.

Charity Mangayam is being promoted to Assistant Property Manager and will be working on the Kamehameha Schools portfolio with Property Manager Sissy Noelani.  Charity started as an intern with us, while attending the University of Hawaii and since graduation has been working for us full time, first at the main office and most recently at Pacific Park Plaza.
