Administrative Assistant (Oahu – Pearl City)
Job Description:
This position will provide support to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administrative work, tenant relations, lease administration, building operations, contract services, and budget and financial records. Candidate must have excellent people, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills. Must have reliable attendance and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is required. College Degree and 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
